Halo Water Proofing is a NY-licensed Emergency Waterproofing company that treats every Elwood job like it's the only one on the schedule.
Every Elwood technician we send is background-checked and trained on the exact equipment we install — not a subcontractor picked up for the day.
We've worked on foundations from decades-old Elwood homes to brand-new builds still settling into their soil, so whatever your basement is dealing with, we've likely seen a version of it nearby.
One phone call gets you a straight answer and a real appointment — not a vague callback promise.

Odor is often the very first clue Elwood homeowners notice, well before any water is visible.
Stair-step cracking in block foundations is one of the most common early signs our Elwood crews see.
That white powder on basement walls is mineral residue left behind as water passes through the concrete.
A pump under constant strain tends to fail during the exact storm that needs it most.
This is one sign we tell Elwood customers never to wait on — wall movement tends to progress, not resolve on its own.
These upstairs clues usually show up months after the basement moisture problem actually started.
Whatever's going on with your Elwood property, chances are we've already fixed something similar nearby this month.
When water shows up fast, we move fast — extraction, drying equipment, and a plan to stop it from happening again.
